My theme of final project is a dancing city. When I see something from window on the bus I feel it's something different outside. Everything's moving and passing very quickly in a seond. Especially in the night it becomes more pretty, lights of car and buildings make the city to dance. So I decided to take pictures the night of city which looks dancing by light. This picture is the example that I took this week. I like this one very much. The outside car is illuminated and lights are made lines which looks beautiful.

great idea. Are you moving the camera or just using a long exposure? You might also want to try to experiment with panning, moving the camera in the direction of the subject, and zooming in or out as you are taking the photos. also, try a tripod. It will give a different look less like dancing but another form of movement.
